Our story
Our roots are in Saro Builders, which was founded in Trivandrum, Kerala, under Shri M. Siluvai Muthu. Today the company works as Kreativ Engineers and Developers, incorporated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, under the leadership of Smti Ziporal.
We have completed a wide variety of projects in South and North India, including villas, apartments, hotels, a hospital, a school, industrial buildings, roads, bridges and drains. Our qualified construction specialists, supervisors and project managers focus on every detail and on the client's needs.
We pride ourselves on projects delivered on time, with high quality and within budget. Our registered office is at Lotus Tower, Mount Road, Guindy, Chennai.
